Terms & Conditions of Subscription

1. Cost- the cost of subscription is AUD $39 per issue including delivery, handling costs and taxes. Any other customs or delivery costs are the responsibility of the subscriber and not teesub.com. For conversion to other currencies try XE Currency Converter. Your first billed amount on your credit card will be immediately and on-going every 6 weeks you will be charged the issue fee of $AUD39.
2. Subscription- upon joining the teesub subscription service, you will receive your first t-shirt and commencement kit within 2 weeks in the post to your nominated delivery address in your nominated size. Then on-going you will be billed for and receive a new teesub t-shirt every 6 weeks to your nominated delivery address, the next issue release date can be found on the Issues page of the website www.teesub.com . Each t-shirt will be a new unisex design based on a current world issue, fact or opinion. In choosing to agree to these terms and conditions you give teesub.com the right to continually bill your credit card every 6 weeks for the subscription amount of AUD$39. Your subscription and the terms and conditions of this agreement are on-going and binding for the full duration of your subscription.
3. Our refund policy- we can only refund or exchange damaged t-shirts if notified within 14 days of receipt by you the customer. We don't refund over size, colours or design issues, as we produce t-shirts according to our subscriber list and their set sizes. We don’t print any extras.
4. Cancellation policy- you can cancel your subscription at any time and your subscription and payments will be cancelled within a 2 issue timeframe (10 weeks). To make a cancellation you must email us info@teesub.com with your full name, delivery address and customer number.
5. We count subscribers 3 weeks before release date and print according to this amount. If you subscribe after that time you receive the next issue as your first issue.
6. Sizes- You can change your size with due warning 3 weeks prior to release date by emailing us on info@teesub.com.
7. Delivery times are 3-5 days for within Australia and 5-10 days for outside of Australia. If you haven't received your t-shirt within these timeframes, you need to contact us via email immediately on info@teesub.com.
8. Change of address notification- if at any time change your nominated billing and delivery address you must notify teesub immediately by email info@teesub.com. We don't take any responsibility for lost t-shirts that go to the wrong or old addresses.
9. We reserve the right to cancel any member’s subscription at any time if your credit card cannot be processed and payment not be taken. If this issue arises we will email you and ask for you to update your payment details. If you fail to reply we will cancel your subscription. We will still continue to attempt to take payment for the issue of concern under point 4 of this agreement
10. Our teesub t-shirts are protected under copyright and the design always remains the intellectual property off teesub.com. Subscribers or general public are not permitted under any circumstances to copy, reproduce or re-sell our t-shirts or their associate designs.

12. Limitation of Liability-In no event shall teesub be liable for any indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages including but not limited to loss of use, loss of data, loss of business or profits.
